Denied. Ms. Wurdle is a convicted violent felon which prohibits name changes at this time. If Ms. Wurdle would like to enroll in the expungement program we may consider after that is completed. Also to add "We Family dawg" is not a valid response nor a professional reason for a name change as a BAR certified attorney you are expected to show professionalism and knowledge of the law on all dockets. Please do not make this mistake again.

I'm going to assume that your denial reason is actually "Have no violent felony convictions within the State of San Andreas within the past 14 days" as stated on the Name Change form. If there is a checkbox that I missed requiring that my client be expunged of all their previous violent felonies, please point me in the proper direction. You will be hearing from us in 7 days time based off my clients criminal history, and the actual requirements for a legal name change.

Furthermore, As a BAR certified Judge I would appreciate you pointing out any section in our DOJ library, Name Change Form, or Penal code that states a "Professional Reason" for a name change is required.

I'd also appreciate that you don't undermine or assume my knowledge and respect of the law or how it operates here in San Andreas based off how I articulate. I'd imagine that type of attitude is the reason this state has a total of about 2 active lawyers, but I digress. Imma get married real fast, hopefully that will be enough of a "professional" reason for the name change. Thanks for writing back.
