DOJ Denied Theft of time/ Double dipping

I would like to impose a new charge for Theft of time/double dipping. The reason behind this is to keep people honest about their activities while on duty or clocked into jobs.

This is an issue that should be handled within the company or government HR department. They may choose to require repayment of time lost, suspension or termination. Depending on thebl severity of the time theft they may request to file theft charges with law enforcement.
