Defendants Plea Not Guilty

Main offense charged is a: Felony

Defendant has retained counsel: No

Charges under which defendant has been booked DF 1005.3 - Drug Trafficking (Quantity of 600+)
W.F. 1003.1 - Possession of a Class 1 Illegal Firearm / Weapon

The Grounds for this Indictment are: 212 (Detective Haywood) contacted Charles Sanchez about dumpster diving information. Sanchez stated that he sold weapons. 212 set up a deal with Sanchez for one weapon for 1 grand. The weapon was sold. During the meet, he stated that he was looking to sell 600g+ of weed. 212 said that he would buy for 30K and would contact him later.

212 and 214 (Detective Judge) met in city to discuss an undercover deal operation. 212 contacted Sanchez about his weed and told him they would meet at 9pm EST at the Alta apartment parking lot again. The same place in which the first deal occured. Upon making contact, 212 placed the 30K in cash in Sanchez's trunk. Sanchez placed all the 649g of weed in the trunk and 212 grabbed it. He then immediately sent a text to 214 to move in. 214 moved in and they arrested Sanchez. They called 2 additional marked units down to look at all of the evidence and move it into 214's trunk. They then transported Sanchez to Davis.

212 moved Sanchez to the interrogation room to ask him a few questions. Sanchez said that he hadn't been dealing much, but he had grinded for a long time on dumpster diving and growing weed. He had stated from recordings that he has a lot of seeds and has 7+ firearms. He has two vehicles. He has one apartment in the north hills area in Vinewood. He has only sold Jars mostly.

212 read the charges to Sanchez and he pleaded not guilty. He was sent off for the 9's as it was a HUT charge.

Due to lack of response from the defendent. The court finds no other alternative than to accept the prosecution's motion of summary judgement and finds the defendent guilty on all charges.

Mr. Sanchez will the pay fine of $8500 for court fees and fees on his crimes and can be released from Boiling Broke as he has served his sentence.
