Your Honor, first of all I would like to apologize to the reviewing Justice for the lack of a proper template but unfortunatley I am unable to submit the proper form due to some sort of issues with the docket. This Franks Motion is based on this warrant against LSPD Captain Salvatore Santarosa https://docs.google.com/document/d/1W1rDWJRQg4WfLGdiHvBZTaEf8NDYhMvJLlNYKPRzzls/edit. I would like to request all evidence that was used to obtain this warrant prior to continuing with the motion .

Your Honor,

The counsel for Mr Santarosa would like to request for the warrant to be invalidated for the following grounds; Your honor respectfully the presiding judge clearly erred in their judgement. There is no evidence other than a call/report of an incident which by no reasonable standard can establish probable cause for a search warrant. There seems to have been an extreme lack of care by both the indivudals requesting the warrant and those reviewing it. It has been approved and allowed the 4th ammendment of Mr Santarosa to be breached based on nothing more than essentially a "pinky promise". The presiding officer over this warrant did not even spend enough time and care to spell their name correctly on the warrant. Based on the lack of probable cause explained above, we would therefore request that the S&S warrant be invalidated and dismissed.
