This is Ralphy, I'm just sayin' we were in a relationship then she decided to leave w/o saying nothin cause we got into a disagreement there was only 3 texts just saying we gonna talk about this? She never was like "yo leave me alone". this dont need to be granted I dont wanna talk her anywho if she gonna play like that. Aint no legal grounds for a RO, no evidence, nothing. girl got me suspended from my own damn job cause she mesed up thats funny lmao never even touched the girl. She just tryna play victim cause she got caught messin' round with some other dudes. We be in a relationship having other guys hands all over em yeah be making jokes about yo put her down cause she aint yours n shit. Shed come up and just be like oh i cant walk carry me. And this RO don't even got her name on it who the hell Lily May? Sounds like this all be sleezy man.

Mr Campbell (@Wright) , you will be fined $1,500 for your inappropriate comments on the docket today. This is an official court docket not a playground. You will have the opportunity to respond when the court informs you that you may. You have 48 hours to pay the fine to an officer of the court or you will be charged with failure to follow a court order. Mr Wesler (@Royal_Vulpes ) the court will not be able to issue a Temporary Restraining Order without additional evidence, although the burden of proof for a TRO is quite low at the current time outside of an affidavit there are no additional pieces of evidence. I understand the template is a little bit lacking for areas for additional evidence so you have 24 hours to respond to this docket with additional information for the court to review the request.

I do thank you for taking the time to review this. I do apologize in regard to the lack of additional evidence. I do thank you for allowing me to add further burden of proof for the Temporary Restraining Order. With that said, below is the additional evidence and two additional Sworn Affidavits from two witnesses that I would like to add to this.:

Based upon the additional evidence, I will issue a Temporary Restraining Order which will mean the following:

1. Mr. Campbell is not to contact the Plaintiff in anyway unless it is in regards to his duties as a law enforcement officer.
2. Mr. Campbell will remain atleast 5 yards away from the Plaintiff's home, and place of work while she is working.
3. Mr. Campbell should make every reasonable effort to avoid contact with the Plaintiff while she is on duty as a Park Ranger.

This Temporary Restraining Order will lapse in seven days unless an extension to a full Restraining Order is approved during a hearing.

Mr Campbell (@Wright) A Temporary Restraining Order does not require the response for the defendant as it is a preliminary tool to stop immediate contact for short periods of time until a full hearing can be held. You may make motions to the court and have your side heard during a hearing which will be scheduled int he next seven days unless the Plaintiff no longer requests one of the court. Also you may address me as Judge Gupta or Your Honor in official court proceedings, save "Mr" for your high school teachers. A more in depth update regarding the scheduling of a hearing will be posted within 24-48 hours from now.
